Introduction
Etchify is the only way to trade Bitcoin Runes at Robinhood Chain speed. One form, one wallet approval, a real Rune on Bitcoin that trades in about a second.
What Etchify is
Etchify is a launchpad for Bitcoin Runes. You name a coin, give it a ticker and a picture, approve one transaction in your wallet, and Etchify does everything else:
- The coin goes live on Robinhood Chain immediately, in its own Uniswap v4 pool holding the whole supply, with that liquidity burned in the same transaction.
- Etchify etches the same coin as a Rune on Bitcoin, inscribes your logo with it, and pays the Bitcoin fees.
- Once the Rune is final, the bridge opens and holders can move the coin 1:1 between Robinhood Chain and Bitcoin.
You never touch Bitcoin, never run a second wallet, and never wait for a Bitcoin block to start trading. All you need is ETH on Robinhood Chain.
Why it exists
Runes gave Bitcoin native fungible tokens, but Bitcoin settles a block about every ten minutes and memecoins move in seconds. Etchify keeps every coin a real Rune on Bitcoin and moves the trading to Robinhood Chain, where a trade confirms in about a second. The longer story is in Why we built Etchify.
Backed 1:1
Each coin's entire Rune supply is etched straight into Etchify's Bitcoin custody, and tokens only move between chains through the bridge vault:
Rune in Etchify custody = tokens circulating on Robinhood Chain + tokens burned on Robinhood Chain. Nobody can create extra tokens on either side.
