The words used across Etchify.
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Bonding curve | A price that rises as tokens are bought and falls as they are sold. On Etchify it is the coin's Uniswap v4 position. |
| Burned liquidity | Pool positions owned by 0x…dEaD, an address nobody controls, so the liquidity can never be removed. |
| Bridge | The Robinhood Chain contract that moves a coin 1:1 between Robinhood Chain and Bitcoin by locking and releasing tokens. |
| CA | The coin's contract address on Robinhood Chain. Etchify coin addresses end in e7c4. |
| Creator | The wallet that launched a coin; it earns creator fees. |
| Custody | The Bitcoin addresses where Etchify holds each coin's Rune supply. |
| Dev buy | The creator's first buy, inside the launch transaction. |
| Etching | The Bitcoin transaction that creates a Rune. |
| Inscription | Data written permanently on Bitcoin; Etchify inscribes each coin's logo and details. |
| Parent inscription | The inscription a Rune is etched with. On Etchify it carries the coin's metadata. |
| Premine | The supply created at etching; for Etchify coins, all of it. |
| Reserved name | A Rune name assigned by Bitcoin from the etching's block and position. |
| Rune ID | A Rune's permanent identifier, block:index of its etching. |
| Taproot address | A Bitcoin address starting with bc1p, required to hold Runes safely. |
